RICEIVEMENT OF THE ORDERS:
You will receive the order at the address you entered when registering your account,
which you can modify at any time by entering the section MY ACCOUNT DETAILS.
ORDER DELIVERY TIMES:
Italy standard: 1-2 working days
(from 3 to 5 working days for Sardinia, Sicily and islands and remote areas)
Europe: 3-5 working days
Rest of the World: 5-7 working days
ORDER STATUS CHECK:
After placing an order you will receive an email from ordini@chevalfirenze.com with payment confirmation.
At the time of shipment you will receive an email from the courier who handled your shipment with the Shipment Tracking code to be entered directly on the relevant courier’s website, or on the general website Trackingmore.com.
Delays caused by force majeure (for example, earthquakes, climatic events, strikes, etc.) are not attributable to Cheval Firenze.
Orders placed during the weekend or on a public holiday will be processed starting from the first following working day. We also ask our Customers to note that the preparation and shipping process may take longer during holidays.
By signing on delivery, responsibility for the goods passes to the buyer.
The person who signs, in fact, confirms receipt of delivery of the package and is responsible for the package itself.
